Your package will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days ordinarily, but please allow a couple of extra days in case of bad weather, illness, or an unexpectedly busy day. It is generally recommended that you allow 2 weeks when ordering anything online. If you have a special need for something faster, please write or call and we'll try to bump you to the top of the queue.
Please understand this is a small family business and hard as we try to get every order out as quickly as possible, there are times when the orders pile up and we just can't get to everyone in one day.
Note also that some products are made-to-order or special order and these will be prepared for shipment within 1-2 weeks of your purchase. See individual product details for availability.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT 1/2/3-day services: If you choose a faster shipping option such as FedEx 2-day, this does not mean you will receive your package in 2 days. It is physically impossible most days for us to get your order shipped out the same day or next. Although we do note the urgency and put your order at the top of the queue, please allow a couple of days for us to ship it out. Shipping times are in-transit times only, from the time the package leaves our hands, NOT from the time you place your order.
We can ship anywhere USPS will go! However, tracking and insurance are NOT AVAILABLE through First Class Mail service. In order to keep shipping prices low, your package will not be insured and no one will be able to track its whereabouts should it become lost.
Although there are rarely any issues with First Class Mail, occasionally some packages do get lost in the cracks, or a customs inspector may not get everything back into the box after inspection. In times like these, insurance would cover losses and tracking would tell you where your package was last entered into the system.
For the most secure shipping, please choose PRIORITY or EXPRESS for complete tracking and insurance. It costs a bit more, but it is worth getting your package quickly and safely - delivery often in days instead of months.
Payment options include Credit Card or PayPal.
Payments must clear our bank before packages can be shipped. If paying by e-check through PayPal, your order may be delayed a few days while we wait for your check to clear. Likewise, credit card payments may take 3-5 days to clear. If you're in a rush, please pay via PayPal (remember, PayPal accepts credit cards also). THANK YOU!
You also have the option of signing up for an account with Olive Manna when you checkout. If you think you'll be back it's a good idea to sign up so that your address(es) will be pre-filled for you on future trips.

STORE VOUCHERS - If an item is simply not what you hoped it would be, we will issue a store voucher in the amount you paid for the item. We make every effort to describe products and photograph them exactly as they are, and we offer full support via email anytime, to answer questions and help you understand exactly what you're getting. We can even take more pictures if you need them!
If you still wish to send an item back, please send an email with your order number (replying to your original order confirmation is awesome), and tell us about your return WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of your order. We must receive product back within 30 days of your original order in order to complete a return. Mysterious packages received long after a purchase or without communication will be donated to charity.
MISSING OR WRONG ITEM? - This happens occasionally but it's an easy fix. Just send a note to say which item you got, or didn't get that you were supposed to. We'll send a postage-paid package for the return item, and get the right one out to you.
REFUNDS - A refund will only be issued if an item arrives damaged and is irreplaceable (vintage or discontinued). Please send a photo of the damage (including the box and packaging material) for our records should we need to follow up with the shipper. We will issue a return shipping label via email which you can print and affix to your return package.
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
No financial information is seen or stored by Olive Manna. Your contact information is securely stored for your own use in processing your order and general use for use to better understand our customers here internally. We may also use it to keep in touch with you should you opt in to receive updates from us. It may also be necessary to share your information with important partners such as postal services and shippers, for the sole purpose of getting your package to you or expediting a return package from you -- only as it pertains to serving you and never to serve our own needs.
All designs are copyright protected and may not be used in any way beyond the form in which you purchased them. You may not duplicate Olive Manna designs in any way. Printable products may not be altered or used graphically. They are for print only. Posting photos on your blog to talk about product is perfectly okay and very welcome! Get in touch if you need more or better photos. True, copying is a form of flattery, but if it's the only way you know to flatter, may we suggest a nice School of Etiquette?
Dimensions for all packaging are all given for the OUTSIDE of the item. You'll need to allow extra room for contents to fit inside. For example, a 5x7 cotton bag will not fit a 5x7 card or photograph. You would want the next size up which is 6x10.
For fitting a basket or other decor item to your space, the outside dimensions should be accurate within 1/8". Occasionally and especially with handmade items you should allow some breathing room. So, if your space is 30" and you're thinking about getting two 15" baskets, they'll be pretty tight, if they fit at all. I would go with something 14.5" or less to be sure you have enough room.
Spools containing ribbons and twines, with the exception of vintage, come in three sizes. Dimensions are as follows...
