If you're sending something pertaining to an order, please note your order number on the outside of the package or in the address under Olive Manna so that we can quickly sort through and serve you. 

RETURNS: please call or write ahead to alert us to a return so that we can be on the look out for that valuable merchandise coming back and get your store voucher to you as quickly as possible. Returns will need to be shipped to our physical address, so please contact us first to get that address. Packages sent to the PO Box will take much longer for us to receive.
